It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with www.esbeda.com. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.

6) Can I buy from www.esbeda.com without creating an account ?

8) CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF THE ORDER?
Login in to http://www.esbeda.com/, click on “My Account” and select the order where you wish to update the shipping address. Update address by clicking on “change address” button. I have placed an order but it’s not appearing in the ‘My Account' section.
9) Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on any Customer Care phone number with your order no. within 24 hrs of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favourable to you, and reprocess your order if required.
